Come and begin to discover who/ what is behind the person you think you are. In this experimental and interactive workshop you will have the opportunity to go behind the mask that you put forth to the world and see the you that is there. This will allow you to begin to unlock the frozen pieces of self that are starting to vibrate now.

Join the growing number of Laughter Yoga professionals who spread the spirit of laughter throughout the community. Meg Scott certified Laughter Yoga Teacher will lead you through a weekend of life-altering fun while you train as a Laughter Yoga Leader.
Founded in 1995 by Dr. Madan Kartaria, a family physician, this light-hearted exercise promotes joy, good health and human connection. Laughter Yoga is a mild aerobic exercise incorporating clapping, laughing exercises, deep breathing, mild stretching and the concept of laughing just for the health of it. This simple but powerful tool can increase endorphins- the "happy hormones", promote good circulation, boost the immune system, lower blood pressure, reduce stress and promote relaxation. Laughter Yoga is an active meditation. It also exercises the diaphragm and abdominal muscles.
