Our bodies are vehicles through which we live our lives and interact with the world around us. The way we approach our physical practice reveals the way we approach our lives. We will explore anatomical structure and function of the body toward greater freedom and efficiency of movement, finding ways to eliminate patterns of muscular tension that contribute to illness and disease. These classes provide an opportunity to observe how one's attitude, personality and emotions help or hinder the process of change.
