Michael French, RYT-500 yoga.michael@gmail.com 614-459-2939
Mike was "needled" into going to his first yoga class by a fellow bus passenger. Little did he or the other passenger guess how that would change Mike's life. Mike's approach to yoga is to convey the fascination and mystery of the body that yoga embodies. The fascination comes from discovering the unique possibilities that each student manifests, as they are. The mystery is that every body is the doorway to the many layers of being human. Mike's approach is to lead students to experiencing existing patterns that can be transformed to open up deeper levels of energy, mind, and spirit. And he and his class have fun at the same time! He has studied under Erich Shiffman, George Purdy, Doug Keller, Paul Grilley, Doug Swenson, and received his 200 and 500 level training from Janice George of ShivaShakti Synthesis, at the Center For Wholeness.

Iyengar yoga is spiritual practice in physical form, and the absolute attention to precision and alignment give great depth, taking practitioner from the physical body to deeper levels of being.
